Ack. I forgot to take a picture. Oh well, I will be sure to do that going forward. Tonight was simple turkey burgers with french fries. Fast and easy. The turkey mixture is like the seasoning for a Thanksgiving turkey.

Preheat oven to 400. Spread potatoes evenly in one layer on baking sheet. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with season salt and pepper, to your taste. Bake for 30-45 minutes, depending on the thickness of your cut. Turn half way through cooking.
Pull turkey from refrigerator and let sit to remove the chill. Saute onions and apples over medium heat until tender, not browned. Remove from heat and let cool. Warm skillet on medium. Put Worcestershire sauce, poultry seasoning, sage, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Add cooled onions and apples, stir. Add turkey and blend. Form into 4 even patties. (If you find your mixture to be too “sticky”, add 1/4c of seasoned bread crumbs.) Place in skillet and cook on each side for 7-8 minutes, turning only once. Once cooked all the way through, move to a plate, cover loosely with foil.
Melt butter over medium heat. Add corn starch, let cook for about a minute. Add pan drippings, whisking while pouring. Once gravy begins to bubble and thicken, add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve burgers on toasted buns. Pour gravy over burgers and fries.
